Join Overbrook Gardens Association Our Association membership is voluntary, and served by many member-volunteers. We are proud to continue to offer: a private boat ramp, night time security patrol, safe school bus stops, seven well maintained Association properties, a membership directory--with maps, a world-class web site :), a newsletter of current government and citizen activities in the area, picnics, and other activities for members at a fee of only $40 per year. The Association owns seven properties in the Overbrook Gardens, including the entry walls, that are maintained by volunteers with income received from membership dues. We are happy to have been awarded a Neighborhood Grant in 2005 to improve our bus stops. We continue to bring improvements throughout the neighborhood, and to have more people involved in community support. Great neighborhoods and strong communities start with participation. Join your neighborhood association today! Dues are $40 and are due Feb. 01, 2006. The only requirement is being a property owner in Overbrook Gardens.
