To add some sparkle to the holiday season this year our Home Owner Association is having a Christmas lighting contest!

 

ALL residents of Overbrook Gardens are welcome to participate in this event.  The judging for the contest will be done by members of the security patrol during the period of:

DECEMBER 16th to the 24th, from 7:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. 

 

If you want to participate please have your Christmas lights on during the above dates and times.

 

There will be three prizes awarded:

 

1st Prize:    $75.00 gift certificate to Gulf View Grill Restaurant.

 

2nd Prize:   $50.00 gift certificate to any advertiser from our  2011 directory.

 

3rd Prize:    Free one-year membership in the association ($40.00 value).

 

 

We will tally the votes on December 26th and contact the winners soon thereafter.
